COOKIE PROCESSING POLICY
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Cookie Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 7, 2021 No. 99-Z “On Personal Data Protection” and other legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus.
1.2. This Policy applies to the Operator’s websites:

1.3. The Operator is LLC “IconGames”.
2. Definition and Types of Cookies
2.1. Cookies are text files stored in the user’s device browser when visiting a website.
2.2. The following types of cookies are used on the website:
– strictly necessary cookies;
– analytical cookies (Google Analytics).
2.3. By storage duration, cookies are divided into:
– session cookies;
– persistent cookies.
2.4. By ownership, cookies are divided into:
– first-party cookies;
– third-party cookies (Google LLC).
3. Purposes of Cookie Processing
Cookies are processed for the following purposes:
– ensuring proper operation of the website;
– analyzing website traffic and improving website performance;
– enhancing user convenience.
4. List of Processed Data

5. Legal Grounds for Processing
5.1. Strictly necessary cookies are processed on the basis of the Operator’s legitimate interest.

6. Procedure for Obtaining and Withdrawing Consent
6.1. Upon the first visit to the website, the User is shown a pop-up window (banner) requesting consent to the use of certain categories of cookies.
Clicking the “Accept” or “Agree” button constitutes the User’s active, free, and unambiguous consent to the processing of all cookies specified in this Policy (including analytical and third-party cookies).
Clicking the “Decline” or “Necessary only” button means that the User consents only to the processing of strictly necessary (technical) cookies, without which the proper functioning of the website is impossible. Analytical and third-party cookies are not used in this case.

1. Общие положения
1.1. Настоящая Политика в отношении обработки файлов cookie (далее — Политика) разработана в соответствии с Законом Республики Беларусь от 7 мая 2021 г. № 99-З «О защите персональных данных» и иными актами законодательства Республики Беларусь.

2. Понятие и виды cookie
2.1. Cookie — это текстовые файлы, сохраняемые в браузере устройства пользователя при посещении сайта.
2.2. На сайте используются следующие виды cookie:
– строго необходимые;
– аналитические (Google Analytics).
2.3. По сроку хранения cookie делятся на:
– сессионные;
– постоянные.
2.4. По принадлежности cookie делятся на:
– первичные;
– сторонние (Google LLC).
3. Цели обработки cookie
Cookie обрабатываются в целях:
– обеспечения корректной работы сайта;
– анализа посещаемости и улучшения качества работы сайта;
– повышения удобства пользователей.
4. Перечень обрабатываемых данных
С использованием cookie могут обрабатываться следующие данные:
– IP-адрес (в обезличенной/сокращенной форме);

5. Правовые основания обработки
5.1. Строго необходимые cookie обрабатываются на основании законного интереса Оператора.

6. Порядок получения и отзыва согласия
6.1.При первом посещении сайта Пользователю демонстрируется всплывающее окно (баннер), запрашивающее согласие на использование определенных категорий файлов cookie.
Нажатие кнопки «Принять» или «Согласиться» является активным, свободным и недвусмысленным согласием Пользователя на обработку всех указанных в Политике файлов cookie (включая аналитические и сторонние).
Нажатие кнопки «Отклонить» или «Только необходимые» означает согласие Пользователя только на обработку строго необходимых (технических) файлов cookie, без которых невозможно корректное функционирование сайта. Аналитические и сторонние файлы при этом не используются.
6.2.Отзыв согласия. Пользователь вправе в любой момент изменить или отозвать свое согласие на обработку файлов cookie.
Это можно сделать путем повторного вызова окна настроек cookie на Сайте (обычно через кнопку в футере) и изменения выбранных параметров.

8.2. В рамках использования сервисов веб-аналитики данные могут передаваться за пределы Республики Беларусь. Такая передача осуществляется только при наличии согласия пользователя и в объёме, необходимом для целей анализа посещаемости сайта.
